This brings back many memories.

I haven't used this in quite awhile and I feel like this is a good output source for me.

Honestly, I've been distant from God a lot during high school because of Ariel. So dumb of me to think I could do missionary dating. But I'm glad that God put me on the Navajo mission team or else I would've really lost myself. Navajo has helped a lot. Made me open my eyes and see things much more clear. Not saying I can see 20/20 now, but it's getting there and it's all praises to God and his people.

College is great. A new life for me which I'm STILL adjusting. I'm really happy where I am though. Campus Crusade (Cru) is so welcoming and we're having a youth retreat on October 2nd. Tiffy wanted me to go to her homecoming but it's the same weekend. Feel sorta bad. Hopefully I can go to her homecoming next year, if things still stay the same that is.

Dillon (one of the leaders of Cru) was the person that made me stay with Cru. I'm so glad I found him. And i have to say that I'm happy for him because yesterday he proposed to his girlfriend, Lauren. And it's quite cute that they're engaged now. Feel sorta sorry for Dillon cause he went through all the work to prep and ask her and all he gets in return is "congratulations, man" from his peers. While Lauren on the otherhand, gets to show off the beautiful ring that Dillon bought for her and explain to her girlfriends how it was all setup and how she's so confused as to what to do as an engaged person. Sadly, they won't have their marriage anytime soon because Dillon is going off into the army and the army is preventing them from setting any dates in the year to come. But they're loving Christians and I'm sure time won't stop them from being together.

Guam (Alex), my roommate is cool. Not a Christian though...and you can tell. He brings girls into the room to do stuff. Play games, chill, etc. Even brought a girl to sleep in our room because she was locked out of her room. Of course, I was dead asleep so I didn't know. And he made out with a girl on the first week of school and now they don't have a great relationship. Ohh mannn...please pray for him. =/

I finally met up with the other bboy at my school. He's from Russia and is an internationl student so talking to him was difficult. But it was really cool how we just communicated just through dance. Dance truly is a magical language.

I'm sort of starting to slack in schoolwork today. But I'm trying really hard to catch up and stay up to par. Gaahhh. Stupid high school habits. And so much freedom is another distraction. Pooooo!

I really like my church. Sorta big. I accidentally kept on falling asleep during service today, but only because we were in the old people's service which was definitely interesting but my body was way too worn out from yesterday. There's 3 services. There's old people, adults, and then young adults and younger. Worship team is beast and I love it. =)

So I get emails from CCF (Christian Campus Fellowship) even though I'm not part of it and I read how a mother lost her son at birth. And it's sort of sad, but it also reminded me of this one thing.

5 Stages of Grief
1. Denial
2. Anger
3. Bargaining
4. Depression
5. Acceptance.

Denial is refusing to believe that the grieving event happened at all.

Anger is anger towards other people or maybe even God.

Bargaining is when you have thoughts of "what if...if only..."

Depression is when you feel that you have no hope to live any longer.

Acceptance is when you realize it actually happened and that it's time to move on.

I learned this awhile ago, but never truly understood it until recently. Death is pretty scary. And so it made me come up with the idea of having Flame go to a hospital where there's kids with leukemia or cancer and just chilling with them. Having fun with them. Make them have hope and maybe reach out to them. I feel that it'd be an awesome experience. I'm already working on figuring out which hospitals allow that. Hope the plan works.

That should be all for now. I'll periodically post random things or I might just post a huge long blog on the weekend.

Anyways, you're all in my prayers and if you have any prayer requests, please shoot me with it. I'm really wanting to pray for anyone about anything. =)
